Since I stopped singing with CCC, I graduated high school in 2002 and moved on to college at Fredonia State. I received a Bachelor's Degree in English in May of 2005 and a Master's Degree in English and Literature in December of 2006. I am currently pursuing another Bachelor's in French, since I can't seem to leave school. I plan on working in international business, teaching English as a second language, or finding a use for my language aptitude with the US Government. I haven't been to France yet, but I plan to go as soon as funds will allow. I'm also considering serving in the Peace Corps. I'm not married, but I have a lovely apartment in Fredonia out in the country and it's filled with more books than anything else.

Megan (Potter) Allen
Since CCC, I have graduated from PVHS and went on to Cedarville University. I graduated from CU with a bachelor degree in biology. I am currently working as a lab assistant formulating various house cleaning products. I have been married for over three years to my wonderful husband Scott. On January 10th, our beautiful, baby boy Joshua was born.

Cassie Apthorpe
After high school, I attended the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music where I received a BFA in Theatre Stage Management in 2002. After that I moved to New York City and I have worked on the stage management teams of many productions around the country as well as on Broadway. This fall I will be working on The Radio City Christmas Spectacular for my third year in a row.
CCC was an incredible experience and I’m grateful to have been a part of it during it’s first seven years. I think my favorite memories from Chorale are Princeton, Carmina Burana, and those King Concert Hall Christmas Concerts. I hope I can make it back for the reunion!

Since Chorale, I have graduated high school (obviously) and moved to Lima, Ohio and became a research technician, doing biomedical research for companies globally.  I really enjoy my job.  By the time the reunion comes around I will then be married to a wonderful gentleman named Mar.  We have a quaint apartment in a town called Ft. Shawnee with a pittbull/boxer mixed puppy and 2 kitty cats.  We work at the same laboratory.  I spend a lot of time with my sister and planting my garden, as well as "puppy school" and training horses with my sister.  I for one would like to come back to the concert, assuming that my work schedule will allow time off at the time!

Rick Barton

As of May 14th I am now considered an alumni of the chorale. After seven years my time in the group has come to an end. I'm still a senior at glorious Silver Creek, and I just finished my 3-1-3 year at SUNY Fredonia. Next year I'll be attending SUNY Fredonia, but I still haven't heard if I made it into the Musical Theatre program. (crossed fingers) If you couldn't tell I'm planning to get a bachelor's in Musical Theatre. Around the time of the Alumni concert I will also be auditioning to get into Juiliard.

Erik Danielson
Well, I got through sixth grade before my voice changed, ending my time with Chorale, but now I'm finishing my Junior year of high school, and I'm heavily involved in the musical and choral programs at FHS.

Since leaving CCC I graduated Silver Creek High School and I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in English Adolescent Education with a minor in Legal Studies at SUNY Geneseo. I'm hoping to move on to law school and pursue a career as a lawyer after my undergraduate work. At Geneseo I'm on the cheerleading squad, Habitat for Humanity, Ski/Snowboard Club and various other community service organizations. I am not currently singing at college, but after realizing how much I truly miss music being a constant in my life, I am hoping to change that fact this following semester. I am looking forward to seeing you all again and singing with the CCC one last time!

After graduating from high school I went on to Genesee CC in Batavia for one year studying education and playing softball for the cougars. The following fall I attended and graduated with an associates from Jamestown CC. I decided then to take a year off from school and have been working in North East and Erie, PA. Lauren (Hayden) Fox
I was a member of CCC in it's founding years of 1988 & 89. I graduated from Silver Creek in 1997 and went on to get my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Music from SUNY Fredonia. I returned to CCC during my undergraduate years at Fredonia through a conducting internship during their 2001-02 season. I also attended camp those years as a counselor and recreation coordinator. Mrs. Krestic was my music teacher for every level of my education (Kindergarten-college!), and has been a tremendous influence on me professionally and personally. After teaching music at the elementary level in Jamestown and Lakeshore schools, I'm now at home at Iroquois Middle School in Elma, NY. I teach general music and chorus for grades 6-8, as well as direct our annual musicals. I really love my job! I live in Blasdell with my husband Mike, my son Hayden, and our two dogs Hayley and Jade.

Anna Galofaro
After graduating from high school I went on to study Massage Therapy at Trocaire College in South Buffalo for 2 years. I graduated with honors with an Associates degree in Applied Science. I am currently studying to take my NYS Board Exams and National Board Exams to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. After I pass my exams I am hoping to go back to school for a Business degree so that sometime down the road I can own my own Health Spa. I also plan on relocating down south (possibly North Carolina) after I have finished school. As far as my "free time" goes, I have spent some time traveling the country and going to concerts with friends. I cannot wait for a CCC reunion! I do see some people from time to time (brittany-my best friend) but it would be great to sing with everyone again :O)

Ah, the Chautauqua Children's Chorale... The most beautiful example of "You don't know what you've got 'til it's gone" I know of.  I have so many fond memories of singing with the group in Hawaii, of packed music halls...  Alas, life goes on, and so does puberty, so now I'm a bass.  After leaving, I was an exchange student in Japan for half my senior year of high school, and have since then been at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) studying Game Design & Development.  I have joined the a cappella group the Brick City Singers (which my brother Nicholas was in before me, he was also in the CCC), to quench my eternal thirst for music.  (5/17/10)

Nicholas Hardenburg
After the CCC, I spent a year in Germany as an exchange student in lieu of my senior year of high school.  Returning to the US for college, I attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I was a member of the Brick City Singers a cappella group.  Upon graduation, I worked as an audio engineer in Rochester, and then for a video game company doing sound design for the Guitar Hero and Marvel Ultimate Alliance Franchises in Albany.  Married to Audrey (DuRocher) in 2007; we have two children: Benjamin (04/2008) and Juliet (04/2009).  (5/10/10)

I'm looking forward to singing with everyone at the big CCC concert in 2008.

Since my days in CCC, I remained active in Chautauqua Lake's high school music program until graduation. I now attend college at Penn State Behrend, majoring in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry with a focus on Mathematics. I hope to pursue an MD or a PhD after my days at Behrend are over. Music still remains a large part of my life, and always will thanks to the influences of Mrs. Krestic, Mr. Bromsted, and the countless parents and other students that were involved with CCC. You all gave me a lot of great memories that I will always treasure. Thank you!

Christopher Jabot

I now live in Huntersville, NC where I bought a house!!!! I teach elementary music and have a great boyfriend who is stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and is in the 82nd Airborne. Hello everyone! I must say it's been awhile since leaving CCC, but I will never forget the love of singing I gained and all the wonderful memories. After leaving CCC at the end of 8th grade, I became very focused on my school work and sports teams, and still continued to sing. Right now, I am a senior at Pine Valley and I am very excited to move on to college. I plan on majoring in architecture, but do not know where I want to go; as of now, my best choices are Illinois Institute of Technology and Bennington College in Vermont.  I must say I've missed CCC since leaving, but singing is something I still love to do and continue to do everyday. I hope to be able to participate in the alumni concert this spring! :)

Well, after successfully navigating the waters of good ol' Fredonia High School and graduating in 2001 I attended a little college in Massachusetts called MCLA.
MCLA(Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts) in North Adams, MA was a fantastic school Business and Fine & Performing Arts (Conc- Arts Management). I helped start a quartet there freshmen year and met my now-fiancé while in the group! (I also write this with 15 days left until the wedding!)... Other than Jazz Band, Band, Choir, Quartet, and (of course) regular classes, I finally made it out in 2005.
After graduating, I attended Suffolk University for my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) for Marketing (class of '07). While doing grad school, I also achieved a job as an Assistant Director of Student Activities at Curry College. I've been building up my agency contact list while bringing a variety of acts to Curry and am considering starting my own business after recovering from the wedding!
Mrs. K- If you know me at all- there should have been a limit to the words we could enter in this box! :) CCC combined with dance when I was younger really "set the stage" so-to-speak for my life now, and I am ever grateful.
"May the Lord Bless you and keep you..."

When I graduated from Fredonia High School in June 2005, it also marked the end of my 10th year as a chorale member. I was then faced with having Tuesday evenings and the occasional Saturday morning free. Such freedom did not last long. Part-time jobs filled those hours as I pursued the funds necessary for the independent living and a college degree. I am presently enrolled at Fredonia State University and Jamestown Community College to become state board certified as an Occupational Therapist. My ultimate career aspiration is to be able to assist physically challenged children cope with or overcome limitations.
